Discovering more about the suite solution that integrates Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cloud Computing and Big Data Analysis with customer service
From March 1st to 5th SECO, a center of excellence in the field of innovation and technological integration, will be showcasing its latest solutions at embedded eorld digital conference, the leading international event for embedded system, that this year will be held in virtual mode due to the global pandemic situation.
In January, SECO announced the creation of SECO Mind, a division that brings together the Group’s wide-ranging expertise in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, IoT and data orchestration. Within this division Clea, a brand-new service to bring Industry 4.0 to companies of all sizes, has come to life.
Clea will be officially launched at Embedded world 2021 and during the event it will be possible to directly meet the SECO sales team and ask more about this cutting-edge service.
Clea has been developed specifically to address the needs within Industry 4.0.
Industry 4.0 represents a huge opportunity for industrial manufacturers to accelerate their business, optimizing inefficiencies, boosting productivity, and minimizing operational downtime. All of this can be possible with the support of AI, Internet of Things, edge and cloud computing. Nonetheless, taking advantage of these technologies requires specialized know-how that most enterprises may not have.
That’s why the experts in SECO Mind have merged the most advanced technologies to create a service for enterprise-scale AI and IIoT applications that lets the customer externalize the design, development, deployment, and management of Industry 4.0 applications to SECO. Clea provides a comprehensive Industry 4.0 solution tailored to the manufacturer's needs.
Clea creates value by reducing downtime and boosting machine performance, it increases productivity and enables value-added services for clients. With Clea it is possible to perform predictive maintenance on machines, anticipating when failures may occur, and fleet management and retrofitting are also enabled. Other areas of application include data analysis in an IoT context, helping make business decisions increasingly “data driven.”
Clea is a powerful combination between hardware and AI.
In fact, Clea is activated through the installation of Easy Edge, a new microcontroller from SECO with the ESP32-D0WD-V3 processor, internal 520KB SRAM + 16KB SRAM in RTC, with mobile connectivity (LTE-M/NB-IoT/2G + Wi-Fi, BT), low-energy consumption and geolocalization. The microcontroller is then connected to the AI Suite, a subscription service for industrial enterprises of any size.
Once installed on an industrial or commercial machine, it is able to execute Artificial Intelligence algorithms, transforming any device we deal with every day, such as a coffee machine or vending machine, into a smart machine.
These are not the only fields of application in wich Clea can be a good solution. In fact, it is perfectly suitable in any sector that calls for the use of digital products: logistics, refrigeration, healthcare and many more can take advantage from this hi-tech service.
SECO’s aim has always been to develop solutions that enable customers to adopt that are best-in-class: with Clea, manufacturers will be ready to launch AI-powered products within weeks.
From March 1st to 5th SECO is glad to welcome Embedded world DIGITAL attendees to its virtual booth, where they will find information on products and services and multimedia. The staff will also be available to provide further information and answer any question. To join Embedded world 2021 DIGITAL, register now and use the code ew21456825 to get your free ticket.
